Returns
You may return goods within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice or other documentation).
Items cannot be returned if:
- they are custom-made or personalised;
- they are digital goods already delivered;
- they fall under categories that cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety or legal requirements.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time depends on your payment service provider.
Refunds are not issued for items that were damaged due to improper use, wear and tear, or failure to follow usage instructions.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or specification, please contact us. Exchanges are carried out if the desired item is in stock.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was delivered incorrectly or damaged upon arrival.
If the return is approved due to a defect or our error, the shipping costs may be compensated.
Service-based purchases
For services provided by the Company (including logistics or related activities), refunds may be issued only if the service has not yet been performed or if legal grounds for refund exist.
Completed or partially completed services are not refundable unless required by law.
